Grievance (Employment Law)
In any employee/ employer relationship there are so many potential issues that might give rise to a grievance here are just some of them:

- equal opportunities
As well as raising a grievance whilst in employment an ex- employee may raise a grievance even though they are no longer employed they may opt to use the Modified Grievance procedure.
