Contracts and terms

To achieve the minimum protection in law, all employers must have employee contract statements in place. We draw up contracts and handbooks tailored to suit the requirements of each particular business

The consultant who handles the initial review of documentation becomes the principal contact for any advice required subsequently. This promotes a good client consultant understanding and gives rise to a level of service in which we become a virtual extension of the client organisation.

Insurance Indemnity

Covers the cost of representation at tribunal and any compensatory awards up to £50,000 or £100,000 per claim (subject to insurance terms and conditions)

Telephone advice

Unlimited advice and guidance on employment relations issues, including provision of draft correspondence where appropriate.

Training

We offer courses in most employment law topics designed to suit the client company. This can be from a ½ day to one-day duration.
